What's the difference between Taiwan usage and generic Traditional?
Generic Traditional only converts glyphs, e.g. 机 → 機. Taiwan usage also replaces regional words, e.g. 软件 → 軟體, 计算机 → 電腦. Hong Kong usage handles Hong Kong word preferences similarly.
Why are some words unchanged in the output?
The opencc dictionary covers most common words, but proper nouns, new terms, names and place names may be absent and kept as-is. For professional use, manual review is recommended.
